Role: Customer Service Representative

Status: Part-time or Full-time

Reports To: Store Manager & Training Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver genuine, friendly service — every time

  • Learn and memorize our menu and beer offerings (we’ll help!)

  • Support on prep, register, and sandwich/salad line

  • Keep the store clean, organized, and efficient

  • Communicate clearly with the team during busy shifts

  • Support others, jump in where needed, and move with urgency

  • Show curiosity, ask questions, and give/receive feedback
     

What We Look For

You don’t need culinary school experience — you just need:

 

  • A willingness to learn + grow your skills

  • A positive, team-first attitude

  • Good communication under pressure

  • A sense of urgency with attention to detail

  • A real interest in making someone’s day through food, beer & service
     

Shift Expectations

  • Must be available weekends

  • Typical shifts range between 10AM–10PM

  • Part-time: 3 shifts/week minimum 6- 8 hours/day

  • Full-time: 4–5 shifts/week 6- 8 hours/day
