Role: Customer Service Representative
Status: Part-time or Full-time
Reports To: Store Manager & Training Manager

Key Responsibilities

Deliver genuine, friendly service — every time

Learn and memorize our menu and beer offerings (we’ll help!)

Support on prep, register, and sandwich/salad line

Keep the store clean, organized, and efficient

Communicate clearly with the team during busy shifts

Support others, jump in where needed, and move with urgency

Show curiosity, ask questions, and give/receive feedback

Shift Expectations

Must be available weekends
-
Typical shifts range between 10AM–10PM
-
Part-time: 3 shifts/week minimum 6- 8 hours/day

Full-time: 4–5 shifts/week 6- 8 hours/day
